Below you will find the mission statement, rules, and entitlements for the Midwest Cruisers Car Club. Please read carefully and if interested in joining the Midwest Cruisers, click the join link at the bottom of the page. Also, if you decide to join our club, you can either send your dues to:

Mission Statement

To enhance the enjoyment of cruising with family and friends.

Rules

  • Membership is in one year increments from May 1 of each year. Cost of yearly membership is $15.00.
  • This Club exists only for the enjoyment of cruise-ins. There will be no car shows. No one will be required to work or attend any meetings.
  • We are not in competition with any other car club. Downgrading or bad comments about other clubs are not welcome or encouraged.
  • One meeting per year will be held for the election of officers in the month of May. The Officers will determine the date of the election at least one month in advance of the meeting. One vote only will be accepted for each car owner. All members in good standing along with their spouses are eligible to hold office.
  • Changing of club rules requires a 75% majority of members in good standing.
  • Officers may be removed from office with a 75% majority vote among club members in good standing. This vote must be authorized by a current club officer before it is initiated.
  • The Club name and Logo can only be authorized for use by the unanimous vote of the duly elected Officers of the Club.
  • A member may lose his or her Club membership by a unanimous vote of the duly elected Club Officers if found to be in violation of Club rules or ethics.

Entitlements

  • All members will receive a club t-shirt with their paid dues.
  • All members will receive a window sticker noting membership in the Midwest Cruisers.
  • Members will be contacted on all club cruises and events through the Midwest Cruisers Web Page or e-mail.
  • All members and their spouses will be eligible to hold office.
  • Each member is eligible to cast one vote in the election of officers.
